The Town of Washington Comprehensive Plan Review Committee, September 15 Meeting, 7:00 PM
The Committee invites the public to attend the next Open Forum on Wednesday, Sept 15, at the Town Hall or by Zoom at 7:00PM Registration will be open at 6:45PM for those who wish to speak. Masks are requested for all attending in person. When presenting masks may be removed.
The forum will commence at 7 PM and lasting approximately two and a half hours. The format will be hybrid with limited space available in Town Hall and also with Zoom. The CPRC has become aware of a conflict with the time of the next scheduled session and Yom Kippur. The CPRC wishes the community to be advised that there will be additional sessions so all opinions will be heard. Timer and dates for additional sessions will be posted here.
It will be required for individuals interested in speaking to sign in 15 minutes prior (6:45 PM). The time will be allotted to a maximum of 50 individuals per session and limited to 3 minutes speaking per person. Additional sessions may be offered.

Additionally the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee wishes to thank John Dyson for the $10,000 donation to support the professional fees to guide the Committee in its work. PRPs were sent mid August requesting professional proposals and the Committee is waiting for replies

The concept of hosting one or two 'listening meetings", open to the community was discussed and agreed upon. Details and location to be confirmed.
