CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SEARCH REQUESTS

If you are requesting a Certificate of Occupancy Search, please send a written request to the Building Department, P O Box 667, Millbrook, NY 12545.

You must include the Name of the Property Owner, the physical address of the property, the tax id (grid #) and a check in the amount of $75.00 made payable to “The Town of Washington".
